Ashley will continue her academic and soccer career at Holy Names University!!
Thoughts from Ashley:
“Thank you Coach Miguel and my whole soccer team for teaching me how to love soccer again. Without them I wouldn’t be going to the most amazing ever school in the fall.”
A word from Oceanside High and Breakers Coach Miguel Barragan:
I’m extremely proud of Ashley for all her hard work academically and on the soccer field. She overcame several obstacles to achieve her ultimate goal of playing college soccer…when most people would’ve quit she kept pushing along and persevered! I love her tenacious spirit and her almost funny jokes! I know she’ll represent herself, family and our club well at Holy Names!

A word from Holy Names Head Coach Michael Herman:
We are very excited to have Ashley join our program at Holy Names. She represents everything that we are looking for in players; hard working, dedicated, competitive and a great teammate. She has shown very clearly throughout the recruitment process that she is a team-first player and I couldn’t be happier with her as a part of my first recruiting class at HNU. We’re expecting big things out of Ashley very early on in her career and I can’t wait to get her on campus full time!
