Jerry Morris Jr. is a former Oceanside Breaker player. Along with the Breakers he played from 2006-2010 at El Camino High School where he was Captain all 4 years. He was the MVP for his freshman, junior and senior years. He graduated from El Camino High in 2010.
In addition to his Breaker and High School soccer, he is the youngest youth referee to ever win the “Youth Referee of the Year Award” at the age of 13. After 12 seasons spanning 6 years, he is the only youth referee to ever be named “Honorary Referee” in 2011 by the Soccer Club of Oceanside.
Jerry played at Mira Costa College for one season prior to joining the Air Force (November 21, 2011 entry date). He played for FE Warren AFB soccer team and scored the winning goal in the Rocky Mountain Championship in 2014.
That same year, Jerry enlisted the services of Professional Soccer Consulting (“PSC”) academy. He attended a combine in Carlsbad, California hosted by PSC and was selected, along with only 5 out of about 70 players that showed in Carlsbad, to represent PSC in a European Showcase tour.
He is currently the Right Back for the squad and hopes to gain a professional contract at the end of the two week tour in Europe.
