-Please note that Senior Center Drive is currently closed due to the construction of Frontwave Arena. Detour signs are appropriately placed to guide you inside the Complex. Please use El Corazon Dr.
Requirements:
-Must be at least 13 years old to work trash pick-up
-Possess the ability to stand and walk long hours (for periods of up to 5 hours)
-Possess the ability to carry a trash picker and bucket (up to 5 lbs.)
Rules/Expectations:
-Volunteers will be tasked with picking up trash throughout the SoCal Sports Complex as instructed by the trash lead. This includes its fields, the vendor area and the parking lot.
-Volunteers will check-in with the trash lead at the main entrance gate to the fields of the Complex. (This is located near the drop-off area of the parking lot)
-Volunteers will be given one 15-minute break.
-Please follow all instructions provided by the trash lead or you will be asked to leave. No exceptions!
Policies/Procedures:
-Volunteers must complete their full shift and sign out with the trash lead before leaving. If a volunteer leaves without permission or before their shift has ended, they will receive no credit for their time worked.
-Your shift may be slightly longer or shorter at the discretion of the trash lead or the tournament. This is dependent on the amount of trash left on the Complex.
-Frequent no-shows or same day cancellations will be subject to suspension from future volunteer shifts (two no-shows in a row will result in automatic suspension from future volunteer shifts!)
-Hours worked will always go towards registration first. Once registration is paid off, hours can then go towards team fees. (Volunteers are paid at the rate of $16.00 an hour)
-Please note it will take up to 2-3 weeks for your credit to be applied on your player’s account.
-If you are signing up your player to work, they will need to be signed up under your name. Upon arrival, the player write their name on the sign-in sheet.
-On the volunteer page, you will only see dates with available slots. Dates NOT shown, mean all slots are filled for that day.

-Los voluntarios tendrán la tarea de recoger la basura en todo el Complejo Deportivo SoCal según las instrucciones del responsable de la basura. Esto incluye los campos, la zona de vendedores y el aparcamiento.
-Por favor, siga todas las instrucciones proporcionadas por el líder de basura o se le pedirá que se vaya. No hay excepciones.
Políticas/Procedimientos:
-Los voluntarios tendrán un descanso de 15 minutos.
-Los voluntarios deben completar su turno y firmar con el líder de basura antes de irse. Si un voluntario se va sin permiso o antes de que su turno haya terminado, no recibirá crédito por su tiempo trabajado.
-Las ausencias frecuentes o cancelaciones en el mismo día estarán sujetas a la suspensión de futuros turnos de voluntariado (¡dos ausencias seguidas resultarán en la suspensión automática de futuros turnos de voluntariado!)
-Las horas trabajadas siempre se destinarán en primer lugar a la inscripción. Una vez pagada la inscripción, las horas podrán destinarse a las cuotas del equipo.
-Tenga en cuenta que el crédito tardará entre 2 y 3 semanas en aplicarse a la cuenta de su jugador.
