Join our  6-Week Performance Training Program designed for kids ages 8-12! Perfect for young athletes looking to boost their speed and overall performance.

Program Details:
- Duration: 6 Weeks (1 session per week)
- Session Length: 45 minutes
- Focus: Fundamental movements - stability/mobility, efficient movement patterns, movement skills(speed), plyometrics, and fun!

Without developing Fundamental Movement Patterns in an athlete, peak performance becomes unachievable.

Session Dates:
Group 1: Mondays September 16, 23, 30 October 7, 14 & 21
Group 2: Thursdays September 19, 26, October 3,10, 17, & 24

Times: 5:00PM - 5:45PM

With over 20 years of experience in elite sports, Scott Piri is a highly accomplished Performance Director and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Scott has a proven track record of enhancing athletic performance at the highest levels of international competition. Having worked with top-tier soccer/football clubs such as Everton, Galatasaray, NY Red Bulls, and LA Galaxy, as well as national teams including the USA, Turkey, and Mexico, Scott brings a wealth of expertise in developing customized training programs, optimizing player fitness, and reducing injury risks.

Scott Piri has consistently built high-performing teams and contributed to long-term success by developing holistic performance strategies that emphasize player health, recovery, and career longevity.
